Lag Spikes Caused by Inventory
released
Spynaz
A major lag spike happens whenever a new item is added to or removed from your inventory. The more items added/removed at the same time, the more severe the lag spike.
Examples:
- When you catch a fish, you receive 1-2 fish in your inventory which causes a minor lag spike.
- When you try to pickup several sea creature drops from the ocean, you get a massive lag spike (depending on how much items have been dropped).

Insane lag randomly comes
legobuilderfactory
I don't know if other people have this issue but a lot of the times when I play the game for over more than one hour the game will randomly become so laggy which makes it laggy to fish I assume it could be a bug with the amount of people a server holds.
legobuilderfactory
What I mean by it turns laggy to fix is that it doesn't load your rod and when it does it delays for so long for fish to come.
Spynaz
legobuilderfactory: Hey, could you give me some more details? What do you mean by "doesn't load your rod"? Do you mean when you equip the rod it takes a while before it appears in your hand?
legobuilderfactory
This should be resolved when the bug fix for fish and loot come tho
legobuilderfactory
Spynaz: Update: This bug rarely even happens now and seems to be a PC Bug
Spynaz
legobuilderfactory: Alright in that case I'll just merge it into the inventory bug

yea as I said in another report, there is not a huge, but MASSIVE lag spike when moby hits you while you are in the boat, the lag is so big that it takes time to respawn and you don't stop to lag until rejoin
