When i wanna deliver fish for my quest to raygan he will not take then its the right fish and it too 18/20?, and they are not locked

Did you catch these 2 fish before you took the quest? Weekly Raygan quests only accept new fish you have caught after taking the quest.

Arthur Morton: no, i took the quest and the locker Them and when i had 20 i unlucked Them all and He only took 18/20. I Solved the issue my self, by spamming luck and unluck then all of the sudden it says i Got 4 fish but only had 2 on my. Idk if you Can abuse the glicth… so you guys shoud mby look into it
