Add a zone that is a little bigger than the Pharaoh's Dunes Oasis that will have, no matter what weather there is, the normal weather ocean fish. This is to avoid the inability of peoples completing hourly quests like "fish 3 marlins" because of the weather making them unobtainable.

Howdy there! 
We really appreciate the feedback that you guys gave us about having regular fish in rotation, so with this in mind, we're planning something (alongside a future update) that I think you guys would love.
(Hint: It'll be something that you can use to catch regular weather fish anywhere, anytime!)

Please keep the ocean on the back side of the outer islands with normal ocean fish during weather events. People working on quests need a place to fish for the Clownfish, Sunfish etc. to complete their quests. They do not have a full week to complete with the weather events cutting into their time.

Yes i agree.. trying to grind for quests when it goes from overcast to rain is not fun. I like the weather...

As grammibare mentioned, some people doesn't have that much time to play and more importantly to do shard quests, so getting like an area to fish without looking at the weather would be a great idea.

Wholeheartedly agree.  I get a couple hours a day.  
A corner or a spot ….
of the map 
reserved for regular ocean fish 100 percent of the time would help maintain our ability to work on Purple Shard quests regardless of the weather.
It is extremely frustrating to lose that time when the weather is present.
